Policy for Open Board Meetings

Open Board meetings are conduced to provide the public with an opportunity to observe decision-making processes and to gain an understanding of the rationale for plans and decisions. The meetings of the Board are open, public meetings except when dealing with matters pertaining to personnel, individual clients, property or litigation.
